Module 01 · The Newsroom
Partner stories, one calm inbox.
Stop chasing partners across email, Slack and that one shared doc. The Newsroom is a single intake for every story, with AI-assisted drafting in your house style.
What's inside
The intake your partners will actually use.
Feature 01
Branded submission forms
A clean, branded link your partners actually fill in. Required fields, optional photo upload, automatic acknowledgement so they know it landed.
Feature 02
One triage queue
New stories arrive deduplicated and tagged by vertical, region and partner. You decide what makes the cut, in minutes, not hours.
Feature 03
AI-assisted drafting
Turn a partner's three-bullet note into a publishable release in your tone of voice. You stay the editor; the AI does the typing.
Feature 04
Single or multi-voice releases
Build a release from one submission, or combine several into a 'state of the patch' story with multiple partner quotes. Either way, the AI keeps the voice consistent.
Feature 05
Approval & versioning
Light-touch approvals for partners and senior comms. Every version saved, nothing lost in email, full audit trail when legal or the board asks.
Feature 06
Partner CRM, gently
We remember who submits, what they care about and how often they engage. Nudge the quiet ones; reward the active ones.
How it works
From partner brief to published story, calmly.
Step 01
Share the link
Drop your branded submission link into your member newsletter, partner Slack, board pack or website. Partners submit in their own time.
Step 02
Triage in minutes
Each morning the queue is sorted by freshness and fit. Approve, decline or merge in one click. The AI drafts before you've finished your tea.
Step 03
Publish on-brand
Approved drafts flow into Pitching or your press room. Partners get credited automatically. Coverage loops back so they see the result.

Common questions
The Newsroom, common questions.
Can partners submit without an account?+
Yes. The branded form is public; we capture an email so we can confirm receipt and credit them. Power users can opt in to a lightweight account to track their stories.
Will the AI invent things?+
It only drafts from what the partner submitted. If a fact isn't in the brief, the AI either asks for it or marks the sentence for your attention. Hallucination is a deal-breaker for us; we built guardrails first, features second.
What about photos and assets?+
Partners upload directly into the form. Assets are tagged, licensed and stored alongside the story so you can find the right image without three Slack messages.
How do you avoid duplicates?+
Press Pilot deduplicates on title, partner, date and content fingerprint. When two partners pitch overlapping stories, you get a 'merge or split?' prompt instead of two near-identical releases.
