Every approved release publishes to a press room on your domain, ready for journalists to self-serve assets, quotes and contact details.
Google Workspace & Microsoft 365 SSO
Sign in with the work identity your team already uses. Audit log of every sign-in available on Growth and Anchor plans.

CRM two-way sync
Direct HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive integrations are in active build. Most pilot customers use CSV sync in the meantime, refreshed weekly.
Email marketing platforms
Mailchimp, Klaviyo and Campaign Monitor connectors so approved member stories flow into your member newsletter without re-keying.
Analytics
Native Google Analytics 4 and Plausible event sync for press room visits and release downloads. Today these are exposed as UTMs you can wire up manually.
Chat tools
Slack and Microsoft Teams alerts for approvals, breaking coverage and warm-lead pings.
Open API & webhooks
REST endpoints for stories, partners and coverage, plus webhooks for new submissions and new mentions. In the design queue for Anchor plans.

On the demo call, list the three or four tools your comms team actually uses every day. We tell you honestly which are integrated today, which are CSV-bridged, and which are on the build roadmap.
Step 02
Wire what's live
SSO, authenticated email and CSV sync go on in week one. Your CSM walks you through the DNS records and the import.
Step 03
Vote on what's next
Pilot customers shape the integrations roadmap. If an integration is critical for you and not yet built, your CSM logs it and you'll hear the moment it's in build.

Why aren't more integrations live yet?+
Because we'd rather ship five integrations that work properly than thirty that almost work. The CSV-based path covers most teams' needs in the meantime, and we're prioritising the next wave with input from pilot customers.
Can I get my data out?+
Yes, any time, in clean CSV. We're opinionated about data ownership: your partners live in your CRM, your stories live in Press Pilot, and coverage flows back to both. No hostage situation.
Do you do single sign-on?+
Yes, today, with Google Workspace and Microsoft 365. SAML 2.0 and SCIM provisioning are on the Anchor plan.
What about Zapier or Make?+
Generic Zapier and Make recipes are in private beta. If you have a specific workflow you want, your CSM can usually scaffold it in the demo call.
